This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of working remotely four days a week and in-person one day a week at our West Orange, NJ office.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Posting and invoicing
• Contacting customers regarding balances
• Providing customer service via phone and texting
• Billing support
• Sales support
• Improving operational efficiencies
• Special projects as they arise

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Strong problem-solving skills
• PC proficiency and ability to learn new computer systems
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to submit to a background check
• In-person training period at either our Sparta or West Orange, NJ office
• Basic understanding of Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas

Compensation & Perks

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $30,000 to $35,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will enjoy flexible scheduling, paid time off, and the opportunity to work from home.
