The Job
As a Customer Service Representative on our 2nd Shift virtual team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and text. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values with every interaction. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, while also providing a personalized experience that leaves a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide resolutions to customer inquiries through inbound calls, emails, and texts
- Utilize internal systems such as AS400 / SAP / Web / Salesforce.com to provide service to callers
- Handle complaint resolutions competently by demonstrating the ability to openly listen, ask questions to clarify requests, relate empathetically, and respond professionally
- Quickly interpret customer, product, and shipment information
- Accept and implement coaching feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Represent arenaflex professionally and courteously through quality phone conversation and written correspondence
- Work a flexible schedule, including Monday - Thursday, 12:30 pm EST - 9 pm EST and Friday, 9:30 am EST - 6 pm EST

- Ability to learn new skill sets to advance the level of service provided
