What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer care by assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and voicemails with a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals, so you can drive results and achieve success
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records
  • Upselling products if necessary, to help customers get the most out of our services
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to address customer needs and provide personalized support

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, so you can bring valuable skills and knowledge to the table
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and other communication platforms, to effectively engage with customers and resolve issues
