Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they provide exceptional service to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, including analyzing customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement
- Handling escalated customer complaints and finding solutions to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitoring key performance indicators and reporting on team performance to senior management
- Training and coaching team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, including providing feedback and coaching on customer service best practices
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, including sales, marketing, and product development
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service, including attending conferences and workshops and participating in online forums and discussions
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in customer service management or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software, including CRM systems and ticketing software
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service
