Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Engagement Specialist – Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone, providing assistance and solutions to their inquiries. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to empathize, listen, and resolve issues promptly will be crucial in building trust and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively guide customers in making informed decisions. You'll work closely with our product teams to stay up-to-date on the latest features and benefits, ensuring that you can provide expert advice and recommendations to our customers.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and guide potential customers through the purchase process. You'll work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs, provide product demos, and facilitate the sales process.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for escalating complex issues to our technical support team and working with them to resolve the issue.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions and information in our database. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, feedback, and follow-up actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of customer service procedures and strategies. You'll work closely with our customer service team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role. You'll need to be able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner, both in writing and over the phone.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous customer service or inside sales experience is a plus. You'll also need:

  • Location: This is a remote work position, and we prefer candidates in the United States.

Training and Development
