Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing information and assistance on flights, fares, and travel-related services
- Processing ticket sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Rebooking travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
- Performing traveler check-in and boarding procedures
- Issuing vouchers and coordinating with vendors for traveler accommodations, meals, and transportation
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual language skills may be required in certain locations
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport security clearance (if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a travel or airline industry
- Working knowledge of Sabre or other travel management systems
