Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Associate with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for various topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms
- Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
- Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice and support
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding expectations
Preferred Qualifications:
