Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate - Annuities at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact with our customers, providing a personalized and engaging experience that meets their complex financial needs. You'll work in a collaborative environment, assisting customers over the phone, online, and through email, troubleshooting questions and concerns, and offering tailored solutions that improve financial wellness. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work collaboratively with customers to understand their complex financial needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for customers using our products and services
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including annuities, life insurance, and retirement-related services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year college degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong people skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven record of dependability, punctuality, and reliability
  • Ability to learn and retain a large amount of technical information in a relatively short period of time
  • Proficiency with a keyboard and window-based applications, including Internet
  • Proven self-motivation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to think like the customer and financial professional, with a passion to deliver top-quality service

Preferred Qualifications

* Annuity/financial services industry knowledge

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive salary, with a range of $42,800.00 to $63,800.00

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and retirement plans
