Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Order Entry and Issue Resolution: Assist customers with order entry, issue resolution, and various levels of requests, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Agent, you'll need:
