Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering customer calls and responding to basic inquiries using established methods and procedures
- Recording call details and results on customer account history records
- Processing customer requests, including sending faxes, returning telephone messages, and sending mail documents
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Essential Qualifications
