About the Role

As a Customer Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure Modernization, you'll be part of a talented team of experts who are passionate about helping customers achieve their business goals through the effective use of arenaflex's cloud solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with customers to identify and address their technical challenges, develop creative cloud solutions, and provide expert guidance on the implementation of arenaflex's cloud products.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, key customer technical objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers.

• Manage the technical relationship with arenaflex's customers, including managing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of additional technical resources.
• Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype arenaflex product integrations in customer/partner environments.
• Guide customers through assessments of existing legacy application environment(s), provide recommendations on a roadmap for application modernization.
• Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution on arenaflex's cloud.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including cloud native architecture, virtualization, containerization, and security controls.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud or on-premises infrastructure engineering.

• Experience with virtualization or containerization platforms.
• Experience in migrating applications and services to cloud platforms.
• Experience with security controls such as encryption, identity management, and access control, attack vectors, and penetration testing.
• Experience with networking concepts such as software-defined networking, routing, virtual private networks, load balancers, and firewalls.

* Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, including cloud native architecture, virtualization, containerization, and security controls.
