Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative II to join our Outbound Call Center team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls and responding to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits and pharmacy delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Initiating outbound calls to internal and external customers to provide assistance regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims.
- Analyzing problems and providing information/solutions to customers.
- Operating a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documenting information, activities, and changes in the database.
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relations and coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Researching and analyzing data to address operational challenges and customer service issues.
- Providing external and internal customers with requested information. Proficient in all basic customer service functions.
- Receiving and placing follow-up telephone calls/e-mails to answer customer questions.
- Seeking, understanding, and responding to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.
- Outbound calls are conducted in the ZipDrug business area.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience in an automated customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in basic customer service functions.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a URAC accredited area.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
