Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for developing and executing customer success strategies that drive growth and retention. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing customer success metrics and account strategies
- Building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Scheduling and attending virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms
- Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-sell opportunities
- Presenting to families different benefits programs, enrolling new clients, and opening new accounts
- Overseeing and prioritizing each customer in your portfolio
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A proven ability to work as a productive team member
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
- Proficiency with computers and Zoom (or similar platforms)
- The ability to form and grow solid relationships with your client accounts
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates who have:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or account management capacity
- A strong understanding of customer success strategies and account management principles
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- A proven track record of delivering results and meeting or exceeding targets
