Job Summary
As a Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping and delivering our customer returns experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop innovative solutions, and drive execution. Your expertise will help us create a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers, setting us apart from the competition.
Key Responsibilities
* Foster a deep understanding of our customer segments to inform and drive returns experience initiatives
- Develop and implement customer-facing returns features that are intuitive, effective, and customer-centric
- Own the ideation and launch of returns solutions to address existing and future edge cases, including drop-off options at physical locations and new carriers
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Merchandising, and other stakeholders within the Returns and Refunds (RRC) group
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing creative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Track key performance indicators and manage detailed project plans to drive execution and accountability
- Communicate project updates to Customer Service and other key stakeholders
- Identify areas of risk for RRC initiatives and work with leaders to address and mitigate
- Oversee interdependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that project expectations, risks, and issues are effectively communicated to key stakeholders
- Foster collaboration, key relationships, coordinated planning, and mutually beneficial associations with leaders, project managers, and key stakeholders
What You'll Need
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related quantitative field
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management or similar experience overseeing cross-functional projects and aligning business and technical requirements
- Proven track record of developing and delivering customer-facing features in an product management capacity
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and communicate product strategy and impact
- Ability to present new, innovative solutions and ideas to address diverse customer needs
- Demonstrated expertise in driving growth and improvements in the customer experience space
