Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful as a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
