Experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative – Insurance Industry Expertise

Your Impact at arenaflex
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in driving high levels of customer satisfaction for our key insurance accounts and other lines of business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent, prompt, courteous, and focused call center support to policyholders via phone, email, faxes, and other correspondence
- Answering in-bound calls for designated areas of responsibility and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting and providing superior service to existing and potential customers with policy interpretation, claims, and premium/billing-related issues
- Reviewing insurance policy terms to determine whether a particular policyholder is covered by insurance
- Comparing and reviewing policy information with customers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring that accurate information is provided
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A high school or equivalent diploma (Associate Degree or higher preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call center environment
- Life/Major Medical/Medicare Supplement insurance experience is highly desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Total Compensation Package
The expected base pay for this position is $35,100.00, with the actual base pay offered may vary depending on individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
