Position Overview
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative in our Outbound Call Center, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of outbound calls, averaging 60 to 80 per hour, following a structured script. You'll also assist inbound inquiries from customers seeking insurance quotes, matching callers with suitable insurance companies, and thrive in a dynamic environment, meeting and exceeding targets with strong communication skills.
Location
This is a remote position, and candidates must be local to Memphis, TN, and available to work during the hours of M-F 7a-9p and occasional Saturdays in the Central Time Zone.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts
- Engage with prospects in a professional and courteous manner
- Clearly communicate product/service features and benefits
- Qualify leads and set appointments for sales representatives
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call quotas and performance metrics
Requirements
* Previous experience in outbound call centers or telemarketing highly preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to follow scripts while also adapting to customer responses
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- High level of self-motivation and resilience
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools
