What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Relations Call Center Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer calls in a customer contact center setting, providing exceptional service and support to our customers
- Researching and interpreting company procedures to assist pharmacy customers with their inquiries and concerns
- Collaborating with various departments to resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively
- Upholding customer service goals of responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience
What Is Required (Qualifications)
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based applications and MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
- Flexibility in work schedule and completion of paid training program, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:
- Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak Spanish
- Prior inbound Call Center experience, with a proven track record of handling high-volume calls and resolving customer concerns
- Previous experience working from home, with a strong understanding of remote work arrangements and the ability to work independently
- Prior retail or Pharmacy experience, with a deep understanding of the retail pharmacy industry and the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
