Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with complex inquiries related to financial, 401K, and investment questions, providing complete and detailed solutions to ensure first call resolution.
  • Playing an instrumental role in helping customers make informed decisions about their financial needs, leveraging your excellent communication skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve daily goals and objectives, participating in daily team meetings, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working independently and as part of a team, handling a variety of tasks and responsibilities, and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

Required Skills and Knowledge

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues in a bilingual setting.
  • Proficiency with computers and common office software, including CRM systems and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to understand general aspects of plan/contract and utilize technology to enhance conversations with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

  • An Associate's degree required, with a Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • One year of experience in customer service, sales-related occupations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
