Key Responsibilities

As a Work-at-Home Retention/Sales Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Making outbound calls to existing customers to retain their business and encourage them to purchase alternate services
  • Implementing retention strategies to build strong relationships with customers and increase customer loyalty
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and commission goals
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and address customer needs and concerns

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
