The Role
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities
* Assist all customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats
- Communicate a variety of information to the customer
- Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries
- Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction
- Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services
- Work effectively in a work-at-home setting, with reliable internet speed and broadband connection
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled
- Reliable internet speed and broadband connection
- Secure area in the home to work from
- Ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting
- Located in the Clearwater / Tampa, FL area
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
