Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing personalized support. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and contribute to the overall success of our retail pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process transactions accurately, handle returns, exchanges, and refunds, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive store atmosphere
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays, maintaining store fixtures, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including medications, health and wellness products, and other retail offerings
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and promote a positive work environment

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in multiple languages
