Role Overview

As a Virtual Scheduler/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their travel journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Providing expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel advisories
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for customers
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes in travel regulations

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Offer expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel advisories
