F&B Retail Channel Sales Manager - Fluent in Mandarin
Job Summary Lead and execute account strategies and Joint Business Plans (JBP) across the United States and Canada to deliver sustainable revenue, market share, and profit growth. Own full P&L for assigned channels, lead key negotiations, manage channel conflicts, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational excellence for the company's portfolio. Key Responsibilities: 1. To develop and execute annual account strategies and Joint Business Plans aligned with company objectives in the United States and Canada. 2. To drive sustainable revenue, market share, and profit growth across assigned key accounts. 3. Full P&L responsibility for the channel, including forecasting accuracy and trade investment management. 4. Ensure channel conflict management, rules of engagement, account mapping, and margin governance. 5. To lead annual commercial negotiations, contract agreements, and trading term discussions. 6. To partner closely with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Supply Chain Planning to ensure operational excellence. Requirements 1. 5+ years sales/account management experience in FMCG, food, beverage, noodles, or grocery in US and/or Canada. 2. Proven track record in JBP, account strategy, P&L, forecasting, trade investment, and margin management. 3. Deep knowledge of US/Canada retail channels: mainstream supermarkets, Asian ethnic grocery, foodservice, distribution, and import/export. 4. Experience leading key account negotiations, contracts, and trading terms. 5. Strong analytical skills, results-driven, execution-oriented, and able to work independently. 6.
