Senior Software Engineer Remote | $80 –$120/hr
Position: Software Engineering Artifact Expert Type: Full-Time Contract Engagement: Remote Compensation: $80 –$120/hour Location: Remote (US & Europe) Role Responsibilities
- Review engineering artifacts such as design documents, technical presentations, and analysis sheets, providing structured feedback
- Create original technical materials including architecture decks, RFCs, post-mortems, and data analyses
- Annotate and refine artifacts to improve clarity, structure, and technical depth
- Ensure outputs align with industry-standard engineering practices and real-world expectations
- Maintain high standards in documentation, communication, and presentation quality
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering (backend, full-stack, ML, infrastructure, mobile, or similar)
- Strong ability to produce technical writing and slide-based communication
- High attention to detail and structured thinking
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality output
