Job Summary
As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online live chat, providing assistance, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure consistent and accurate information is being provided to customers, and you'll be expected to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Responsibilities

- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
