What We're Looking For
As a US Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via email and live chat. You'll be the friendly face of arenaflex, and your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and willingness to go the extra mile will make all the difference in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to arenaflex customers via email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and resolves their issues efficiently.
- Carefully follow established procedures to ensure customers receive accurate information and a speedy resolution to their issues.
- Collaborate with other team members, external print partners, and 3PLs to troubleshoot problems and answer questions throughout the customer's journey with us.
- Work closely with design, operations, or tech teams to resolve issues and improve our processes.
- Follow the direction of the shift supervisor to prioritize tickets based on the day's inbox and ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Customer questions may include using our online editor to create personalized gifts, advising customers on how to edit their orders, and answering questions about our product formats.
Requirements
* 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce business.
- A quick learner who is happy to be hands-on and not afraid to ask questions.
- Experience working within a team to meet SLAs or KPIs and a high standard of engagement with customers.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of customer service software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom is preferable but not essential.
- A quiet working environment at home with access to high-speed, private internet.
- A reliable laptop or desktop computer.

* 3-month fixed-term contract from November 5th to January 31st.

- 9 am to 5:30 pm ET schedule Monday through Friday, plus one weekend of work during the contract.
- Lunch break – 1 hour unpaid daily.
- Wellness hour – 1 per week, paid.
- Comes to 37.5 paid contract hours per week.

- 4 paid US Public Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day).
