Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our airline, interacting with customers in our lobbies and at gates, and providing exceptional service to ensure a memorable experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with Customers: Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional experience to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, using your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve our service delivery.
  • Safety: Maintain a strong safety mentality, ensuring that you and your colleagues adhere to the highest standards of safety and security.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, navigating changing situations and priorities with ease.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Computer Literacy: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
  • Physical Ability: Able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, with the ability to carry and handle luggage.
  • SIDA Badge: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
  • Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Attendance: Ability to meet our business attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
