Job Overview

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and driving sales. You will work collaboratively with our sales team to create a positive and inclusive shopping experience for every customer. Your performance will be evaluated based on both your personal and productivity goals, as well as your ability to provide an enjoyable in-store experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

* Provide world-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create a positive and inclusive shopping experience for every customer
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including the latest innovations and emerging industry trends
  • Utilize probing questions to establish the needs of every customer and provide personalized recommendations
  • Develop a deep understanding of all product-related information, including product features, benefits, and pricing
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business results
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including maintaining a visually appealing store environment and ensuring that merchandise is displayed in a way that maximizes sales
  • Stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing customer needs and sales goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Qualifications

* 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers of all ages and backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business results
  • Strong product knowledge, including the latest innovations and emerging industry trends
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing customer needs and sales goals
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours
