Job Overview
As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing returns and deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You'll work in designated retail locations, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and making their experience with arenaflex unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
- Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized solutions and support
- Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
- Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
- Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receive truck deliveries and ensure timely processing
What You'll Need
* 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Ability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting up to 49 pounds, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld devices
