Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering consumer inquiries regarding product information under the guidelines of DSHEA (Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act)
  • Documenting complaints accurately and handling refund and coupon processing
  • Maintaining knowledge of brand information, product descriptions, and promotions
  • Assisting with technical inquiries and complaint handling
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Empathetic, patient, and able to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you stand out:

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Experience in a health and wellness-related industry
