What You Will Be Doing

As a live chat customer support agent, you will be responsible for managing real-time inquiries from customers via live chat on businesses' websites and social media platforms. This involves handling both support queries from existing customers and answering sales-related questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow detailed instructions and procedures to ensure consistency and quality

  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer support

Skills and Background Needed

* Must possess a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Strong capability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
  • Minimum availability of 10 hours per week
  • Must have a reliable internet connection to maintain consistent communication
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools (training provided)

Essential Qualifications
