Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Support Partner, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-tier customer service to our clients through various channels. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on our complex financial products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Answer client inquiries and resolve issues related to our Elective Speculation products and services through phone, email, and other channels
- Provide project work and training to the field on Other options, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support
- Offer assistance to internal and external clients on account management, tasks, documentation, and technical support
- Collaborate with supervisors to gain knowledge and exercise judgment within defined boundaries, staying up-to-date on connected arrangements, methods, or compliance requirements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal partners, supporting customer services and providing data to administrators and clients to resolve consultant issues
- Provide information to administrators and internal and external clients to resolve consultant issues
Required Capabilities
* 6+ years of customer support, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing business needs and priorities
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Preferred Capabilities
* 6+ months of experience working in the Speculation Contact Center and/or financial services
- Experience working in Elective Ventures, with a strong understanding of our products and services
- Ability to answer phones in a professional and courteous manner, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, both within and outside the immediate team
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible, with a strong focus on meeting changing business needs and priorities
- Experience investigating and resolving client issues, with a strong focus on root cause analysis and resolution
