Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough analyses of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Create high-impact reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders and inform product development and marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain adaptable self-service tools and dashboards that align with departmental objectives and enable cross-functional partners to access data and identify key insights
- Collaborate with product, design, and configuration teams to identify areas of opportunity, develop and execute follow-up plans, and influence prioritization decisions with data
- Train departmental colleagues on analysis best practices, technical skills, and developments in our organization's data infrastructure
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis and reporting capabilities
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative and analytical field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science
- 2+ years of work experience in a related field, preferably in business analysis, operations, startup/tech, or marketing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style to the audience
- Strong technical skills with experience using data from multiple sources to solve complex problems, tell a story, and drive business outcomes
- Proficiency in SQL/Eden, Google Cloud Platform, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a quantitative and analytical field
- Experience with programming languages such as Python/Git
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making
