Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Displaying reliability: Attendance and dedication to being present and on time for your complete shift every day is critical.
  • Coping with a high volume of contacts: You'll take care of an estimated 50-60 telephone calls consistent with shift, working in a fast-paced environment with little downtime.
  • Providing high-quality support: You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You'll be working with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: You'll need to think critically and provide creative solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: You'll be handling a high volume of calls and resolving issues in a timely manner.
