Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Live Chat Support and Customer Service, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our subscriber experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Live Chat Support: Engage with arenaflex subscribers via live chat to address inquiries, provide technical assistance, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain subscriber information and interactions into our database system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications
