The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Enhancing the customer experience by resolving issues efficiently and effectively
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success and improve processes
• Analyzing data and identifying trends to inform business decisions
• Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Providing training and support to new team members
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience in events management, ideally from media outlets that includes making due, executing, arranging and staffing events at an organization, studio, organization or with a brand (insight in film or TV awards campaigns is a plus)

• Self-starter who can work independently, and under pressure, while reliably practicing savvy instinct in any event, when confronted with vagueness
