Our data team is responsible for building the foundation that enables arenaflex to improve our massive content investment, which in turn allows us to create award-winning, high-quality, and diverse content. Our goal is to provide operational excellence, infrastructure foundation, and business insights to our business operations like Money, Talent, and Revenue throughout the content creation life cycle.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst who can possess expertise across all applications built within arenaflex to support various Netflix content money groups. In this role, you will utilize your fundamental knowledge and technical skills to help shape the future of our business insights ecosystem. To succeed in this role, you will require expertise in data analysis with a proven track record of creating and executing data-driven solutions. You should have a deep understanding of financial and operational data and be able to communicate your findings in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Construct reports and insights to support finance teams

• Understand and possess our financial data to integrate datasets across our studio ecosystem
• Work with SQL, Hive, Flash, Voila, Python, and other tools to drive analysis
• Develop and monitor errors and warnings to ensure our data remains clean
• Collaborate with product managers and non-technical stakeholders to translate business questions into meaningful reports and insights
• Work with design teams to focus on and develop our associated data model

About You

* 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role

• Analytical skills with a strong handle of SQL and Python required
• Experience with dashboarding tools like Tableau, Dashbuilder, and Looker is required
• You enjoy working with data to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities
• You should have a strong attention to detail as these reports are used for critical business decision-making and external reporting
• Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to partner effectively with non-technical stakeholders while driving projects
• Experience with data visualization basics, working with ETL, LookML is a plus
