Responsibilities

As a product manager on our Customer Service Innovation team, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing product management leadership to our contact center platform, including new feature development, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools through close collaboration with our external solution providers.
• Assisting in defining process, capturing requirements, explaining prioritization, identifying conditions, mitigating risks and obstacles, communicating, and creating a roadmap.
• Collaborating with every CS functional group to better understand their vision and challenges and deliver the best possible solutions together.
• Managing integrations and adoption of product features through close collaboration with our engineering and data science teams as well as external solution providers and consulting firms.
• Identifying differences in support expectations in various regions around the world and designing experiences accordingly.
• Growing product management responsibility to other tools as business needs present.
• Embodying the unique arenaflex culture.

What We're Looking For

* 3+ years of experience in product management for customer-facing products

• Ability to make tough decisions informed by both data and judgment
• Deep focus on delivering an exceptional customer and agent experience
• Proven track record of executing projects that quantifiably improved customer and agent experiences
• Organizational leadership and influence without authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: great presentations and introductions, ability to build trust and create collaborative relationships cross-functionally is critical
• Ability to inspire, persuade, and lead engineers and designers
• Related experience working with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and CRM products whether external or in-house build
• Related experience focusing on Customer Service
• Experience working on global products is also advantageous
