Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced full stack software engineer to join our SPACE team at arenaflex. As a full stack software engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with our team of engineers, program managers, UX designers, AI/ML researchers, and customer specialists to deliver features that leverage AI advances, such as speech, vision, natural language processing, and multimodal input.

Key Responsibilities

As a full stack software engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions using C++, WinRT, and WinUI
• Collaborating with a diverse and stable team of engineers, program managers, UX designers, AI/ML researchers, and customer specialists to deliver features that leverage AI advances
• Working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
• Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to improve the quality and maintainability of our codebase
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development and applying this knowledge to improve our products and services
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 4 years of experience in software development using C++, WinRT, and WinUI
• Hands-on experience with software standards and best practices, such as design patterns, code quality, testing, and troubleshooting
• Experience in the full development lifecycle of deploying software at scale
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
