Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers through live chat to assist with inquiries, answer questions, and provide product information
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining records
- Collaborating with other teams to address customer needs and escalate complex cases

Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
