Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions and drive growth. Key Responsibilities:

* Run unconditional exploratory data analysis to identify novel ideas and opportunities

• Plan and run A/B tests of our latest suggestion algorithms
• Proactively monitor our suggestion models to identify potential issues, determine underlying drivers, and resolve
• Develop new tools that enable us to be more efficient and productive
• Work closely and build effective relationships with our product, design, and AI partners
• Communicate key insights and suggestions to cross-functional senior leaders across the organization

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)

• Strong experience with SQL (including query optimization, stored procedures, and data modeling)
• Proficiency in Python and Python libraries (e.g., Jupyter Notebook, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib)
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive business decisions
• Familiarity with AI algorithms and methods (e.g., decision trees, random forests, deep learning) in a business setting

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a quantitative field

• Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
