Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers, resolving their issues, and building lasting relationships
  • Working with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment
  • Using a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day
  • Resolving customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
  • Resolving pricing and invoicing discrepancies, applying credit, and implementing return procedures

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Collaborate with sales team members to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Use computer programs to manage customer accounts, process orders, and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to commute to our facility from your home
  • A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
  • Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other computer programs
  • Experience with inventory management and order processing
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics

* Competitive hourly rate starting at $15.80/hour with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $17.00/hour
