Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers, resolving their issues, and building lasting relationships
- Working with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment
- Using a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day
- Resolving customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
- Resolving pricing and invoicing discrepancies, applying credit, and implementing return procedures
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
- Collaborate with sales team members to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Use computer programs to manage customer accounts, process orders, and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home
- A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
- Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other computer programs
- Experience with inventory management and order processing
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
