About the Role

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for administering retirement plans that assist our associates in improving their financial well-being and achieving their long-term economic goals. You will work with the team to identify opportunities to improve and streamline our plans, simplify, and resolve discrepancies for all benefits plans to ensure they are administered and achieved in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Administer retirement plans, including 401(k) plans, to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations

• Manage third-party administrators (TPAs) by researching and benchmarking new TPAs and business partners
• Develop and implement business solutions to improve plan design and administration
• Manage digital eligibility files and discrepancies for all benefits plans
• Develop and lead business customers through the challenge management system
• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply it to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
• Model compliance with company guidelines and standards of ethics and integrity

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or human resources

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, benefits administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills, with experience working with big data sets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with 401(k) plans or other retirement plans

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools
• Experience working with third-party administrators (TPAs)
• Certification in benefits administration or a related field
