Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Clinical Research and Evidence Generation team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing and executing advanced statistical analyses, developing and maintaining data pipelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, clinical research, and evidence generation will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and execute advanced statistical analyses to address complex business questions and drive decision-making

• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely data delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical research, marketing, and product development, to drive business decisions and develop innovative solutions
• Conduct data mining and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis and evidence generation capabilities
• Participate in the development of clinical research studies, including study design, protocol development, and data analysis
• Collaborate with external partners, including biopharmaceutical companies, to develop and implement evidence generation strategies

Essential Capabilities

* Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, clinical research, and evidence generation
• Strong programming skills in languages such as R, Python, or SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Familiarity with clinical data standards, including ICD-9/10/ReadCode, and ontologies
• Experience with statistical testing methods, including regression, hypothesis testing, and survival analysis
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience with machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning

• Familiarity with clinical trial design, including randomized controlled trials and observational studies
• Experience with data governance, including data quality, data security, and data compliance
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GCP, ISO, and CFR
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Alteryx, Spotfire, or other BI insight tools
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
