Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
- Registering sales on assigned cash registers and providing customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and green checkout services
- Recommending products to customers and promoting trade-up and/or associate products
- Registering customer purchases on assigned cash registers, collecting coins, and distributing change as requested
- Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, taking inventory, and keeping records
- Implementing company asset protection methods to prevent and reduce losses
- Ensuring compliance with national and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products)
- Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, high-quality structures, and sale products
- Assisting with the separation of food products (e.g., raw food from pre-cooked) and product placement as directed by regulations/methods
- Providing customer service in the photo area, including the virtual passport photo service, poster print, and innovative machine
- Assisting with outside and indoor renovations by ensuring the store environment is clean, neat, and orderly
- Complying with all company regulations and methods, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
Customer Experience
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, and your interactions with customers will be critical to their experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and providing help with merchandise and services
- Resolving customer issues and answering inquiries to ensure a fantastic customer experience
- Modeling and stocking customer service best practices with all team members to provide a special and beautiful customer experience
Operations

- Attending education and completing PPLs as requested by the Manager or assigned by corporate
Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications:
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Six months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience with arenaflex
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
