Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on our benefits and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their options
- Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients through regular communication and personalized support
- Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, addressing claims or adjustments, and ensuring accurate and complete documentation
- Providing attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs, resolving questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring seamless communication with internal teams to facilitate efficient processing and resolution of client inquiries
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus
