Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex team. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand our customer base.
- Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions to provide personalized solutions.
- Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
- Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
- Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
- Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years of work experience, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
- Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during peak periods.
- One or more of the following preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a commission-based environment.
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Customer service experience.
