The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's valued owners. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, chats, and written inquiries related to parts sales, service, pre- and post-purchase. Your primary objective will be to drive owner-focused solutions, utilizing creativity and judgment-based reasoning skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and written communication

  • Provide accurate and timely information on products, services, and promotions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through troubleshooting and minor concessions
  • Create, update, and retrieve owner records for logging facts surrounding complaints, actions, and resolutions
  • Proactively provide feedback to Quality and Training to help keep training processes and materials updated
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all
  • Support other parts of the business as directed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring to Our Team:

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Two+ years of sales or service experience desired
  • Passion for customer service and problem-solving
  • Experience in organizational skills
  • Effective time management, ability to multi-task, and critical thinking
  • Organized and thorough, with the ability to prioritize and plan for rapid satisfactory resolution
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Flexible with the ability to take direction from management while working independently to achieve goals
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Good typing ability and computer skills, comfortable navigating multiple online applications
  • Good listening and questioning skills, with the ability to resolve conflict
  • Exceptional sense of ownership with proven follow-through skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to diffuse difficult situations or irate customers, resulting in satisfactory resolution
  • Proven attendance record showing dependability/accountability to work as scheduled
  • Proven ability to accept constructive feedback and apply coaching
  • Desire to work in a team environment to work towards common goals
  • Ability to remain calm and patient while handling challenging customer concerns

Requirements for Remote Work Environment:

* Dedicated work area that is quiet and spacious enough for arenaflex-provided equipment (i.e., PC, keyboard, mouse, monitors, chords to hook it all up, and the Ethernet chord)

  • Local internet provider (no Satellite or DSL internet connections allowed due to security issues)
  • Internet speeds must be as follows: Ping under 50, Download 50Mbps or higher, and Upload 15Mbps or higher
