Job Summary

As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support across various social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
